At RealNZ we deliver some of New Zealand most memorable experiences (from cruising through Fiordland to skiing at Cardrona) and our eCommerce Specialist will be focused on creating an online experience to match. We are looking for a passionate digital specialist to help develop our eCommerce channel; keeping our sites current, optimizing for revenue and bringing the RealNZ, Cardrona and Treble Cone brands to life online. Key responsibilities will include: Working with the Digital Manager, you will work to evolve our guest experience and execute on our Digital Roadmap. The eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the RealNZ, Cardrona, and Treble Cone websites. You will keep your eye on channel performance and be able to report on any insights and trends while identifying any opportunities for growth. This is a full-time, fixed term role (parental cover) that could see you travelling to other areas of our operation as required. We are looking for someone who has: eCommerce or digital marketing experience Strong knowledge of CMS and eCommerce platforms Experience using analytics and monitoring tools, including GA4, Google Optimize and SEMrush Highly data-driven and analytical; capable of independently performing and presenting business insights and constructing business cases for new opportunities Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently & effectively What's in it for you?
