Strong interest in television and media. Able to speak, read and write good Malay for business purpose. Good knowledge of studio production, field and post-production procedures. Strong leadership qualities Proficiency in editing and field equipment and facilitation required. Ability to write television scripts is advantageous Ability to manage different levels of teams – creative, crew, talents and performers. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and public.
