You will lead the development of digital professional learning and development targeting the education workforce.In this role, you will coach and mentor SMEs and facilitators across different areas of expertise, supporting them on their learning journey to build e-learning courses using Brightspace D2L LMS.You will be required to champion the use of the LMS, stay ahead of best practise trends and technology, and continuously improve our ways of working to deliver better learning outcomes.Key responsibilities:Provide pedagogical guidance and support to upskill SMEs and facilitators in building e-learning experiences on our LMS that drives business growth while being globally scalable, locally relevant, inclusive. This includes blended, synchronous and asynchronous delivery.Be the 'in-house' expert on our LMS and lead the learning on how best to use it. This includes: delivering training sessions and continuously update best practise guides/videos to ensure our e-learning design delivers on the required learner experience.Involvement across the learning design lifecycle for all new PLD: scope new project ideas, conduct needs analysis, design, training to support the build of e-learning solutions using our LMS.Be the gatekeeper to review and ensure that our learning assets including brand's style guides align with VARK principles of visual, auditory, reading /writing and kinaesthetic styles of learning.Your skills and experience:It is essential for you to hold:5+ years' experience as an E-learning Designer (Education background preferably)Experienced with LMS systems and online facilitation (Brightspace preferably).Experienced in the development of E-Learning and interactive tools to deliver world class learner experience.Able to demonstrate project management, coaching and mentoring skills.High-level communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Experienced using different E-learning software.
