Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) Execute the operational effectiveness of the E-Learning system (Blackboard) and the Video streaming system (Echo 360) in line with the Institute's business rules and processes Support Blended/ E-Learning projects for the Institute Support other E-Learning functions that will drive the Institute to be proficient with the available tools and technology Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Multimedia / Network / Instructional Design or relevant qualification Experience in managing IT School operation and E-Learning support for internal and external stakeholders, such as staff and students Experience in managing system administration of Blackboard, Echo360 or other LMS system Good knowledge of Windows Servers, network operations, PC troubleshooting, multimedia and video recording Company information Registration No. 201001793H Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
