Duty Manager - New World Stoke

We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team here at Stoke New World. The hours available for this role are Sunday - Thursday, 4pm – 9pm, however if you are looking for fulltime work this is also an option.
Your day to day: Delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers Assisting Department Managers with promotional displays and stock as directedFilling our shelves while still maintaining excellent customer service, think multi-tasking!Working in a team environment and giving effective communication, also being able to work independently when required Making sure our store looks amazing!Closing up the store at the end of dayWhat we need from you: A natural ability to work with peopleA commitment to excellent customer serviceGreat communication and time management skillsA positive approach to your dayGood personal presentationA team playerThe successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate that they can operate under pressure during busy periods, are able to communicate effectively and display the ability to adapt. A positive can-do attitude is a must and the ability to work well within a team.
A current Duty Managers licence is an advantage when applying for this role but not essential as we are more than happy to put the right candidate through this training.
