Dry Goods Supervisor - PAK'nSAVE Queenstown DRY GOODS SUPERVISORThis full-time position is a great opportunity for an experienced team leader or supervisor who excels at motivating people, enjoys working across multiple areas and shows excellent attention to detail.Reporting to the Dry Goods and Operations Managers, the Supervisor is responsible for the combined control of our team to ensure all orders are accurately received into store and our shelves are filled and merchandised to prescribed standards.The successful candidate will:Be required to hold or obtain a valid Forklift License and First Aid CertificateHave previous experience supervising and/or leading staffBe physically fit and able to repeatedly lift heavy items (up to 15kg)Be available to work (indicative roster and subject to change):Monday - 4:30am – 2:00pmTuesday - 4:30am – 2:00pmThursday - OFFFriday - 4:30am – 2:00pmSaturday - 4:30am – 2:00pmSunday - 4:30am – 2:00pmKey responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Effectively supervising a diverse team to achieve retail merchandising standards, including overseeing staff training and developmentCommunicating with personnel across multiple levels of the business to ensure efficient operations and stock movementsCoordinating inwards goods, storeroom, retail filling and fuel site processesUnloading freight and receipting orders into the businessMoving stock throughout the business including using forklifts and manual handling workComplying with and actively promoting food safety and health and safety procedures throughout the supermarketJob title: Dry Goods SupervisorJob location: Queenstown, New ZealandNumber of positions available: 2Full-time permanent position; minimum of 45 hours per weekMinimum Pay rate: $29.70 per hourIf you believe you have the passion and energy, apply now#J-18808-Ljbffr
