Driver/Customer Service Representative

About the role:

This is a full time role where you will be responsible for ensuring product is delivered onto customers properties in a safe, efficient, accurate and timely manner. As a Customer Service Representative/Driver, you'll also be involved in the day-to-day administration and effective operation of orders which includes preparation and charging, stock replenishment and working closely with the in-store CSR's and sales teams. You'll be adaptable and have a keen interest and passion for the local horticultural and agricultural sector. Your keen eye for detail and ability to relate well to both colleagues and clients will set you up for a long and successful career within our organisation.
Skills & Experience:
Proven computer and administration skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
New Zealand horticultural sector knowledge and experience is preferred
Previous retail and/or sales experience is an advantage
Good physical fitness as heavy lifting is required
An understanding of the local area and customers
Dangerous goods endorsement is required but can be trained for the right candidate
A full, current and clean New Zealand drivers licence is essential.
