Our opportunity: We are currently recruiting Delivery Support Assistants based in Auckland. The Delivery & Installation team in Auckland look after our growing customer base Auckland-wide. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too.
Days of work: Monday – Friday
Hours: 07:00am - 04:00pm
Day to day you will: Deliver and install appliances
Receive and load orders onto the delivery truck
Provide accurate documentation for each install, providing basic product overviews and training for all our valued customers
From time to time, you may also be supporting the workshop and warehouse
Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety practices.
Experience required: Similar experience in a driver delivery role is essential A clean and valid Class 2 Drivers Licence would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Auckland
Provide premium customer service
Strong communication skills
Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
