This includes health and safety compliance, environmental compliance, quality assurance, resource management, planning and programming, financial management and managing of sub-contractors. We're looking for someone with:A minimum of 5 years' drainage experience working as a manager in the civil construction industryDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering will be advantageousFinancial and business acumenExtensive leadership and people management experience with a strong focus on mentoring and leadershipWell organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPassionate about Health and Safety Passionate about our businessCreating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
