As part of ASB's Data & Analytics leadership team reporting to our Chief Data & Analytics Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our data and analytics initiatives, providing both technical expertise and inspiring leadership to a cluster of Chapters within ASB.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical and people leadership to enable teams to deliver greater customer and business value.Undertaking workforce planning to ensure optimal alignment of Chapter capability with Tribe/Platform resourcing needs.Championing work quality, simplicity, and continuous improvement initiatives.Fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within your team.Building and driving collaboration across Practices and the wider leadership team to manage risks and dependencies effectively.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau? | What do I need to be successful?
