Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Doctoral Scholarships and Admissions Adviser on a fixed-term, full-time contract up until December 2024. This role will support the Admissions and Scholarships team at Te Here Taura Rangahau - Faculty of Graduate Research (FGR ) and is well suited to an adaptable individual that is effective at prioritising workloads and dealing with multiple demands on time, while possessing a strong customer-focus and the ability to remain cool under pressure.
The successful applicant will have:
Proven experience in customer service, administrative and adviser support, including data entry.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including a consistently high level of clarity and accuracy.Proven experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.Able to work with others to ensure key deadlines are met.Demonstrated experience in dealing with database software.Ideally you will also have prior experience working with staff and students in a tertiary education setting.
