Job Description: As our Dispensary Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacyEnsuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medicationsLeading a team of skilled pharmacy professionalsProviding excellent patient care and counselingBuilding strong relationships with healthcare providers and the local communityEssential skills include: A NZ qualified Pharmacist with current APC.Management Experience ESSENTIALTrained in Vaccinations3+ years of Pharmacist experienceExperience with Ordering, Profitability, Pharmacist ServicesUnderstand the legislation requirements of the dispensary.Strive to meet and greet your customers to create an engaging experience.Motivated and dedicated to continual improvement of self and the business.A highly motivated, enthusiastic people person with strong retail and sales confidence.This is a permanent Full Time position working 41.5 hours over 5 days per week across Tuesday to Saturday - One late night on Friday What We Offer: We value our employees and offer a competitive package, including:
