Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service will be crucial in this role.Key responsibilities will include:Direct and coordinate full order cycle while keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and transport costs ensuring efficiencyStrategically plan and manage systems and processes delivering quality customer service and professionalismLiaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumersUltimate responsibility for the processing and managing of orders through WMS and ERP systemsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standardsOversee the performance of dispatch staff, providing guidance and support as neededCollaborate with other departments, including production and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and communicationMonitor and analyse key performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive quality service and operationsDesired Skills and Experience We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, leadership experience and a real passion for beer.
