Director - Supply Chain

Hamilton Permanent, 40 hours per week We are seeking for a Director of Supply Chain.This is a great opportunityin the Hamilton market to lead a large (70 - 80+) Supply Chain function thatsupports the delivery of Health services for our community within a 24/7environment.
You will be joining theorganisation at an exciting period of change, which provides the idealcandidate with the opportunity to directly contribute to our transformationagenda, this will provide you with the opportunity to engage with and lead theteam to deliver services that have a direct impact on clinical care and the clinicalservices delivered to our patients.
This is a challenging rolerequiring a natural people leader who is an adept professional, comfortabletaking a pivotal role championing & leading the change. You will need to be a genuine team builder,mentoring the team to help deliver the best possible outcomes. Leading from thefront, you'll demonstrate to the team your drive, energy, enthusiasm,decisiveness and will be confident in your decisions.
This senior position,reports to the Executive Director Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain, andhas direct engagement with the wider organisations Executive Leadership Team. We’ll be looking to you to leverage yourleadership talents and champion our approach and direction in Supply Chain.
It is envisioned that thesuccessful candidate will be a seasoned leader of people within an environmentof change leveraging recognised relationship skills, commercial acumen &extensive Supply Chain experience. You'll be able to juggle the strategic, whilekeeping a customer focus, and balancing our relationship with our 3PL partnerto ensure delivery for supply chain both culturally and financially. You will be an accomplished communicator witha record of execution.
You will have to come froma Supply Chain background with extensive management experience both, strategicand operational, in a complex and challenging environment.
