We continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in credit card payment analytics and consulting with proprietary software. We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships. The ideal candidate will jump into our highly collaborative team and make an impact quickly. You'll be empowered to make a significant contribution to the company's direction during a pivotal moment in our growth. The Director's primary responsibilities will be to develop and execute strategies that identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships. This role demands a unique blend of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic insight to foster alliances that align with the company's objectives and drive sustainable growth. A broad understanding of Credit Card Payments, Fintech, SaaS and consulting is needed. Qualifications and Responsibilities: Credit Card Payments experience with working knowledge of all the players in credit card processing. Minimum of 7 years experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role with a proven track record of developing successful partnerships. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and read market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing cross-functional internal and external teams. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences and networking events. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance or related field. Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred What You Will Be Leading: Strategic Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying, evaluating and securing new partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential partners. Partnership Development Initiate contact with potential partners and negotiate agreements that achieve mutual benefits. Work closely with the legal and finance departments to ensure contracts are favorable and comply with regulatory requirements. Relationship Management Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for expansion. Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic partnership matters. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development and finance, to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned with company-wide objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies effectively Performance Monitoring Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the performance of partnerships Regularly review partnership activities and outcomes, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
