An opportunity has arisen within Saint Kentigern Girls' School for a Director of Sport to join our team.This pivotal position leads the extensive sporting programme at the Girls' School.
As Director of Sport, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for sport.
Applicants should have:
Experience in leadership and managementPassion for, knowledge, and understanding of a wide range of sportsProven ability to set and lead strategic direction and make improvementsAbility to motivate and lead both students and staff teamsA commitment to the highest sporting standardsExceptional communication, and interpersonal skillsPlanning and organisational skillsExperience managing a budgetStrong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and FormsAn understanding and commitment to the values and traditions of Saint KentigernSaint Kentigern offers competitive salary packages which will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
