About the role In this pivotal role, you will lead the Marketing, Communications and Engagement team in leading edge, best practice to exceed stakeholder expectations and contribute to the achievement of Otago Polytchnic's strategic and operational goals. You will develop and manage the Marketing, Communications and Engagement strategic plan, leading the ongoing enhancement of Te Pukenga | Otago Polytechnic's brand and the achievement of increased akonga (learner) enrolments and demand for other educational and business services across the institution.Collaboration and relationship fostering are key and you will collaborate widely with businesses, industry partners, other education providers.Ko wai koe | About youKey to success in this role will be your: Extensive strategic marketing and communications experience, and in leading the implementation of effective, multi-channel campaigns. Commercial acumen, ability to close the deal, and track record in optimising revenue growth Experience in leading a marketing and communications function in a complex organisation offering a diverse range of products and services. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement and a track record of success in delivering key outcomes through multiple delivery methods. You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in addition to extensive experience in similar roles.
