Director / Junior Partner - Corporate Restructuring / Strategic Turnaround Auckland CBD, Auckland Insolvency & Corporate Recovery (Accounting) Working with the Partners, the Director will take responsibility for the execution of wide-ranging client engagements from corporate restructuring / strategic turnaround and insolvency to advisory and independent business reviewsIdeal Background:New Zealand or overseas experience gained in due diligence, independent business reviews, corporate restructuring / insolvency, business advisory, transaction services preferably with Big 4 or a Mid-Tier firm.Have demonstrable people leadership experience.Capable of developing and implementing strategies to maximise recovery, providing best outcomes for all stakeholders.Confident engaging at Board and C-Suite level.Ability to assess challenges in a business and understand the commercial impact of actions.A lateral thinker with strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail.Innately driven to succeed.CA Qualified.
