Details of the offer

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Work with the business to support the delivery of key initiatives
Proactively work with the business to review people and the organisation to ensure it is fit to deliver commercial success in the future
Participate in various cross-functional teams as required
Ad Hoc reporting and analysis as required

A practised HR professional with proven skills as a trusted and strategic business partner
Significant experience in HR, ideally at a Senior Manager or Director level
Strong knowledge of human resources tools and systems
Excellent relationship builder
Ability to role model best practice HR
Integrity in all aspects of work
Ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure
Strong operational project management skills
Clear thinking and ability to make sound and prompt decisions
Ability to suggest and respond to different ways of working when faced with changing situations
Willingness to challenge and debate on issues that matter
Experience of facilitating and influencing change
Good commercial understanding and a genuine interest and curiosity about the business
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good numerical skills with an attention to detail
Proven ability to build confidence and trust with internal and external constituencies and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to work independently.
Extremely results-oriented, with ability to identify issues and follow through with efficient, effective solutions.
