About the Role The Digital Workplace Specialist supports the use and the adoption of the productivity and collaboration tools within M365 to ensure FMG can achieve its vision of ensuring "Everyone at the Mutual has its collective knowledge at its finger-tips". This will include responsibilities including:
Contribute to strategy and best practice approaches for managing FMG's intranet and semi-structured electronic information;Work with business units across the Mutual to ensure use and adoption of M365 Teams and the integrity of our intranet is maintained;Identify opportunities to utilize the M365 tools to provide productivity gains;Provide expertise and advice to business units on getting the best out of the M365 product suiteUnderstand your business partners information assets and ensure that best practice is being followedProvide ongoing training and support to our employees on information and knowledge management practices About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in M365 Product Suite – particular emphasis on productivity and collaboration toolsInformation Management and Knowledge Management practicesHas appropriate level of awareness of relevant legislation e.g. the Privacy Act, Records Management Act etc;Excellent and proven stakeholder management, alongside a solutions orientated approach.At FMG, we know our success is because of our people.
