The Opportunity Are you ready to lead the delivery in our digital transformation journey? As the Digital Programme Manager at Aurora Energy, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our transformational Digital Enablement plan. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the projects within the Digital Enablement plan, ensuring efficient project management practices and standards, planning our resources to balance SME project delivery input with BAU commitments, optimise project delivery within clear timeframes, monitoring of project budgets, and ensuring the realization of planned project benefits.
You'll be the driving force behind seamless programme execution and will ensure clear, timely communication with stakeholders, fostering the right levels of engagement at the right times. Leading a small team of project professionals and technical specialists, you'll provide coaching, guidance and support to achieve programme objectives, ensuring resourcing and change management are on point.
About You To thrive in this role, you will bring:
A tertiary (degree) qualification in IT, business administration, project management or another related field. A proven track record with at least 5 years relevant experience as a PMO Lead, Change Manager or Digital Transformation Lead and being responsible for the planning, leading and managment of project teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Lean or Prince2. Strategic thinking, exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a high level of attention to detail. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, embracing change as an opportunity for growth.
