What you\'ll do:
We need a creative and ambitious person to join our growing Digital & Applications team as Digital Product Manager - Online Channels. In this exciting role you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and our software product management discipline. You will work with teams that are developing products that will have a positive impact on the way our customers manage their finances, and make us special.
The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate teams to deliver innovative solutions with sound commercial acumen, a hunger for data and passion for engaging with customers. As a Product Manager, you will lead a team of Digital Product Owners working across a portfolio of software products. You will also be responsible for working with people across BNZ to shape our digital strategy and deliver it.
What you\'ll have:
A deep understanding of digital solutions and how to drive maximum value from them
A passion for product thinking and pushing boundaries to create the best possible customer experience
Leadership with or without authority alongside great communication skills and collaboration with a natural influencing style
Good judgement and commercial nous that leads to identifying and prioritising the right opportunities
Knowledge and appreciation for how we can build great software
Comfortable in an agile team where great conversations beat documentation any day
