Te Kaiurungi | About the Role
Good tools make for better engineers and happier stakeholders! This role guides and implements practical software engineering strategy at BNZ. You will use your experience and knowledge to help provision the patterns and tooling that make modern engineering practices possible. Your products will be well-documented and willingly adopted by delivery teams.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands how engineers work, who can empathise with their problems, and above all who can translate what they ask for into what they really need. As a Product Manager, you will support a team of Product Owners who are collectively responsible for the software engineering experience at BNZ.
