You will work with teams that are putting the customer in the centre of everything we do ensuring a secure, compliant and frictionless experience.About the role:The Digital Portfolio Manager role is pivotal to successful end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale programs across BNZ Digital and Applications. You'll partner with product managers, product owners, UX, design and engineering to:Coordinate and lead programmes to ensure delivery of critical compliance work across multiple domainsIdentify and solve cross-functional and inter-team challenges/interdependencies, and improve how we workClearly and accurately communicate program status, issues, dependencies and risks to leadership and other stakeholdersDrive delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensusAbout you:We're looking for a deep understanding of digital solutions and proven experience in senior project or programme management. Alongside this you'll bring:Ability to build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, quality delivery of commitments and effective communicationEnjoys working in a fast-paced and high-energy environmentDeep agile experience and mind-set. Ability to coach individuals and teams as requiredAbility to understand software engineering fundamentals.
