Responsibilities include: Manage digital inventory scheduling and file uploads.Liaise with sales teams for campaign coordination.Coordinate with third-party providers for content scheduling.Maintain accurate records and perform post-campaign analysis.Monitor digital assets and coordinate maintenance.Coordinate with sales teams and clients for scheduling.Ensure timely task completion and workflow efficiency.Focus on process improvement for enhanced quality and efficiency.About You Strong Administration and/or coordination experienceAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clientsHighly organised, able to prioritise and multitaskGoogle docs or MS Suite experience and at ease picking up new systemsAbility to think outside the box to problem-solveProcess-driven and good at meeting deadlinesStrong attention to detailTakes ownership and makes things happenOn Offer Monthly mobile phone allowanceFreemans Bay location, close to public transport/supermarket/Victoria ParkJoin a passionate, experienced team who will support you to reach your potentialSocial environment - shoot hoops or play table tennis on your lunch breakBarista-quality coffee machines to ensure you get your daily fixAt MediaWorks, our Outdoor division includes premium digital and static billboards and key transit media.
