Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) is an exciting industry. In this role you will work alongside Senior Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition and engagement across our portfolios with a focus on BNPL products. Our aim is to ultimately grow market share, increase share of wallet, and create new spend moments and opportunities across our buyers and sellers. You will deliver industry leading, best in class cross-channel acquisition and lifecycle initiatives designed to deliver on these objectives.
You’ll dive into the detail, have technical flair, and understand digital analytics to optimise campaigns to get the best result. You’ll also utilise your solid understanding of digital and social to deliver end-to-end campaigns and traffic content as required.
What does an average day look like?
No day is average at flexigroup but heres an idea of what you can expect to do ranges from direct eDM & push messages, social campaigns and content, building website assets, building triggered comms and lifecycle journeys - this role is fast paced and varied.
Manage campaign collateral from concept to execution; including building website assets, emails, and managing approval of paid media and social assets.
Work with our marketing and analytics team, along with Cheetah Digital to build campaign emails and lifecycle journey
Work collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Lead – BNPL and Marketing Team to deliver high standard campaigns for our BNPL products
Manage campaign collateral from concept to execution; including building website assets, emails, and managing approval of paid media and social assets
Work to ensure consistency of creative execution across all channel and communication elements of every campaign

3-5 year’s experience in digital marketing and/or advertising. Understanding of social media preferred but not required.
Experience with building eDM’s in common platforms such as Cheetah Digital, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
Experience building website landing pages and managing web content in WordPress
Good understanding and experience using Google Analytics and the google marketing suite
Intermediate MS PowerPoint / WORD skills/Excel
Ability to operate with minimal oversight
Ability to think proactively and offer solutions
