Digital Marketing Specialist - Full time Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)Shakti is seeking a junior to intermediate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will work closely with one other teammate to direct and own all digital ads at Shakti, meaning you'll be eager to learn and grow in multiple ads channels. If you're a confident, ideas-person looking to make their mark, then you've come to the right place. You're naturally an analytical thinker that loves gaining insights from testing different ad sets and experimenting with creatives. You yourself are creative and collaborative, and consider yourself a continuous learner. Test and iterate is your mantra! You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a digital "all-rounder" that can take an ad from concept through to final insights and reporting. You're handy with Meta - you already know your way around managing ad sets, but you're well aware that there's always more to learn.What you'll be doing: Manage and optimise Meta Ads across multiple Ad accounts.Analyse data to create actionable insights.Support the digital ads team with ongoing management and optimisation of Google, Pinterest, and Amazon Ad platforms.Develop innovative concepts for ads you want to test, based on research and/or data insights.Collaborate with in-house creative team to drive campaign content.Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends.Implement and test ways to improve critical metrics like CTR, CPA & CR.Support with experiments in other performance advertising channels, including YouTube, TikTok & Display.Qualifications and skills you have: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years experience managing a Meta Ads account.Experience with Google Ads / Amazon Ads / Pinterest Ads a plus!Experience with ecommerce a plus!Who we are: Founded in 2014, Shakti Mats is a fast-growing e-commerce brand that has established a strong global presence through the success of our flagship product - The Shakti Acupressure Mat.
