Digital Marketing Manager - Work From Home

Textron is seeking a motivated and hardworking Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and possess strong cooperation and people management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to Textron's website and social media platforms.2. Manage and optimize Textron's online advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.3. Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for Textron's digital channels.5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually improve Textron's online presence.6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.2. 3 years of experience in digital marketing.3. Strong cooperation and people management skills.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and social media advertising platforms.6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
