Digital Marketing Manager Permanent Auckland

What will you do?

Assist in the creation of the Digital Marketing Strategy, lead digital technology roadmap, and lead and influence web and social media marketing campaigns
Provide thought leadership to the wider business in terms of digital capability
Oversee day-to-day operations and management of the team
Work with the team on reporting needs, automating reports, forecasting, and performing data analysis for ongoing optimization
Development and execution of new campaigns/experiments. Implement retargeting campaigns
Requirements:
4 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or related marketing role
Experience across digital advertising, marketing automation, SEO, CMS, brand and campaign management and is able to manage a small team of specialists as well as lead cross-functionally
Established track record in project managing marketing projects and campaigns, ideally in B2B
Able to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and team members in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results
Proficient in data analysis
Knowledge of HubSpot (CMS and marketing automation)
