Eversource Energy is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and promote our brand.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website- Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts- Create engaging content for digital platforms, including writing copy and designing visuals- Monitor social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand awareness- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies

Requirements:- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail- Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- A proactive and independent mindset with a drive to succeed- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
