Digital Marketing Associate

Job description: Vend is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, along with a confident and motivated personality. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on various digital channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and optimize future strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve digital marketing efforts.- Assist with the creation and optimization of landing pages and other digital assets to improve conversion rates.- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.- Creative thinker with strong decision-making skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
