Digital Marketing Associate

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0 years of experience in digital marketing. The role is based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, and offers remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing strategies- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing- Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content- Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Confident and independent with excellent communication skills- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
