This position is on afixed term until 17/01/2025 working fulltime hours based in Greymouth. Key Responsibilities As a DigitalLearning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring serviceexcellence and fostering a positive work environment. Yourresponsibilities will include: Developing and delivering timely, effectivetraining to meet customer needs. Creating eLearning courses and othercustomer-facing resources and documentation. Liaising with a variety of colleagues andcustomers. Acting asan advisor to both colleagues and customers. To be successful inthis role, you should have: 3+years of experience with * developing and delivering group-based training * developing eLearning courses, and * developing learning materials on a variety ofmedia Ademonstrated understanding of adult learning principles. Abilityto understand application functionality quickly. Strongworking knowledge of MS Outlook and Word. Excellentwritten English and technical writing.
