About the role We are seeking a Digital Designer on a p ermanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) basis based in Queen Stree t , Auckland. If you are passionate about creating captivating and engaging digital learning experiences, this role could be for you! As a Digital Designer you will create innovative e-learning content that is engaging, impactful, and captivating to our audience, who are primarily adult language learners. We are seeking an individual who has experience in e-learning platforms like Moodle or Google Classroom, coupled with proficiency in instructional design tools to translate content into functional learning modules. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, collaborating with subject matter experts to enrich content, leverage LMS platforms for effective content delivery and staying up to date with the latest trends. About you You will bring with you the following: A Level 5 Diploma in Design or equivalent. Proven experience in design and creation of digital learning resources. Ideally you will have experience using LMS and platforms such as Moodle and Google Classroom. High level of proficiency in e-learning design software and multimedia applications such as Adobe Creative Suite incl. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Google Wed Designer, and video editing software Strong creative and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven experience working in an education setting is considered advantageous. As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
