The Role The Digital Design and Delivery Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing digital processes and database design systems to supply accurate and current state drawings and building specifications for the Health New Zealand/Te Whatu Ora Waitemata built environment. Day to day responsibilities are varied and include; * Being the point of contact on all matters pertaining to BIM and Digital Delivery. * Delivery of digital enabling projects. * Design develop and implementation of digital data management systems. * Standards/templates for integration to Digital Design and Construction BIM processes. * Technical input for projects Digital Deliverables (Scans, BIM Models). * Data availability of electronically generated digital building plans and specifications. * Developing and facilitating 3D BIM visualisations for critical stakeholder engagement across a project lifecycle. * Developing systems that migrate to digital platforms. To be considered for this unique opportunity you will need to hold a tertiary qualification in a design or related digital/IT construction discipline and have at least 5 years' experience of working within digital design and BIM Management systems on New Zealand related construction projects. Familiarity with software systems including Revit, Revizto, BIM360 [Document Management & Design Collaboration], Navisworks and Procore is an expectation. Your ability to handle new and challenging situations will be a must as is a constant need to collaborate with team members across different sectors and locations. You will need to be able demonstrate a pragmatic approach and track record of experience in managing technical staff and providing services in a shared services context. Want to know more?
