As our Digital Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of deciphering data to uncover actionable opportunities that drive our digital optimization objectives forward.
At Tower, we're not afraid to push boundaries. With direct access to GA4 data and a focus on leveraging SQL for advanced analysis, we transcend the limitations of traditional analytics tools, empowering our team to explore new frontiers in digital optimization.
You can expect to be across the following: Work closely with the online claims squad and use data/facts to discover opportunities to improve online customer experience.Assist marketing and purchase squad to improve online sales conversion and improve customer experience.Ideate, build, and automate various key digital business performance and customer experience metrics dashboards using SQL and PowerBI.Translate data and facts into easy-to-understand insights for non-technical stakeholders to assist digital experience optimisation decisions.Own the development and provision for regular and ad-hoc analytical insights.Translate and write business requirements to technical tasks and vice versa.Structure and build complex data logic and build SQL procedures to construct intended results for delivering insights and reports.Build analytics subject matter expertise and contribute to cross-functional ad-hoc initiatives and projects. Facilitate and lead meetings and working groups.What you'll need You will also possess strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and the ability to convey complex insights clearly and compellingly to stakeholders across the organization. 
To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following: Minimum 3 years of industry experience using SQL with exposure to coding complex data logic.Proficient in using Power BI or similar tools for building dashboards and creating easy-to-read visualization and storytelling.Experienced with Google Tag Manager to create and manage tags and triggers. (Nice to have but not required).Experienced with creating reports using Google Analytics/Looker Studio or Adobe Analytics. (Nice to have but not required).Strong analytics skills to interpret complex logic and data and be able to construct robust logic and build SQL procedures.Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Ability to identify data-related challenges when constructing data using SQL, then be able to use creative solutions to resolve issues and produce robust and accurate results.Making sure we are doing what's right; if you feel comfortable doing so, please let us know early in the process if there are any diversity needs, we can meet or make reasonable adjustments to enable you to shine.
