As our Business Development Manager, you'll be pivotal in sculpting market dominance, forging strategic alliances, and igniting our growth furnace.Responsibilities:Working with the Digital Department and HOD - The Campaign Manager (SM) is responsible for assisting in the development of and managing all strategic outputs for Launch Agency clients across the recommended digital channels. This will require bridging the gap between organic, performance and content departments to ensure the strategy is delivered with a holistic approach, and all objectives are met.Success is the retention of LA revenue, growth targets and client KPIs. The DCM must influence all internal stakeholders to be motivated, proactive, best-in-market and importantly to encourage them to build and leverage customer relationships and drive revenue outcomes. The DCM should represent LA in the marketplace as the Ecommerce, performance and content marketing partner of choice for New Zealand businesses.The DCM is responsible for delivery of digital deliverables across all clients and is the day to day point of contact for our clients in terms of performance related communications. The DCM has responsibility for the performance of each campaign and how that is regularly communicated to the clients (outside of a weekly WIP's) on Slack and Email.The primary function of the role is the day to day management of the client deliverables across all aspects of their package. The delivery and success of client campaigns is paramount for the DCM. This is the main responsibility for the DCM to drive consistency in KPI delivery & content across the client's digital ecosystems.This role is all about asking 'WHY.' The DCM leads briefing the content department & digital department on providing answers to either issues that need to be fixed or ways to drive the campaigns harder (set alongside SLT). Once these are agreed, the DCM and the HOD build recommendations based on these answers across the relevant channels i.e. paid social, youtube, google, eDM, organic social or other relevant platforms. The SM then communicates with the client to make the recommendation on how the digital ecosystem solves these issues or optimises performance.Required Skills and Experience:A strong understanding of Digital Strategy for the big 3 platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Meta)Understanding of E-Commerce strategy using specifically Shopify and KlaviyoBase knowledge on Digital Ad Strategy and relevant KPI's for measuring the success of an ad account (ROAS, Click through rate, Cost per click)Excellent communication skills - the ability to form meaningful relationships with clients and build trustAuthority and Integrity: This role will require you to apply pressure on the team internally to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are in full and on time.Relevant experience in a Digital Marketing Role of 1 year +Relevant Degree or QualificationProven track record of successful account management in a digital contextProven track record of campaign case studies you've worked onPast client referencesOver communicator - loves the chase.Successful personal brand - you have built an audience for your own personal brand using the platform knowledge you've accumulated from your experience and exposure to Digital.Successful E-Commerce track record - you may have created your own side hustle and learnt the fundamentals of how to scale a business online.Media buying skillsYour application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Digital Campaign Manager?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
