Digital Campaign Analyst
Sydney | Permanent

Total Experience: 8-15 years
Relevant Experience: 8+ years

Job Description:
Work closely with inter-departmental and cross-functional teams to embed and optimize customer insights into marketing campaigns.
Conduct pre-campaign analysis for outbound and inbound contact campaigns - Influence outcomes.
Consider and advise impacts of recency and frequency of customer contacts on campaign and program outcomes.
Make recommendations on marketing volumes and marketing strategy through data insights and past campaign results.
Design and development of marketing campaigns using SQL and SAS.
Develop a detailed understanding of the client databases, data structures and core analytical procedures.
Develop a high level of skill in the core software packages required to perform analysis.
Maintain an awareness of developments in the marketplace relevant to the client business.
Share relevant knowledge with others to encourage any mutual benefit across the team.
Present Optimisation results back to all stakeholders of the campaign, outlining key findings and suggestions for improvement.
Develop and present new options or opportunities for clients to leverage the data and capabilities of Data Analytics.
Suggest/Make improvements through greater standardisation, speed, simplicity or automation of Analysis/Data or Campaign processes.
Demonstrate an understanding of client business objectives, recommending new or improved solutions based on client needs. Competencies
Rigorously commercial, client focussed approach to Analytics.
Statistical analysis skills(Non-negotiable). Should have demonstrated in previous role.
A willingness to learn new applications and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present complex information simply and directly
Ability to organise tasks and manage time to consistently meet deadlines
Perseveres and succeeds under stressful, ambiguous or challenging circumstances
Accepts responsibility for outcomes
Highly driven and results focused. Proven history of working in a proactive and persistent manner
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently on complex and demanding campaigns
Proven Business acumen.
