We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our digitally led clients, providing strategic guidance, executing digital marketing activities, and driving client satisfaction and retention.Job Description:As a Digital Account Manager at Imagic, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and executing digital campaigns to achieve client objectives. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering innovative solutions that maximise ROI. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client service.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for digitally led clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and proactive account management.Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, target audience, and industry landscape to provide strategic guidance and recommendations.Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.Execute digital marketing activities including but not limited to: email marketing, social media management, content creation, PPC advertising, SEO, and website optimisation.Monitor campaign performance and analytics, providing regular reporting and insights to clients to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy.Identify opportunities to upsell agency services and solutions to existing clients, working closely with our accounts team to drive revenue growth and expand client portfolios.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Proven experience 5 years in account management, digital marketing, and marketing strategy development.Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, SEO, and content marketing.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to meet client objectives.Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive in driving client success.Previous Agency experience is preferred, but not essential.A friendly team environmentWork from home 1 day per weekSnacks, kombucha and chocolateJoin our team and play a key role in driving digital marketing success for our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our agency!How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications on Seek.No recruiters please.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.Researching careers?
