Development Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for the product development teams working on Xero's Products and their technical practices and standards. Your job, along with your development manager peers, is to build a cohesive thought leading engineering community which rapidly delivers value to our customers and continually improves. By doing so you'll contribute to Xero achieving its goals.

You have a strong leadership background, leading and building engineering teams
You may currently be a development manager or perhaps you are a Technical lead or Developer Team Lead.
You will have heaps of experience working with software development projects at scale
You have demonstrated experience in defining software development best practice through experimentation and observation of successes.
