We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our Information Technology Operations Team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Takapuna, Auckland office. 
Our role Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager, the purpose of our Desktop Support Engineer position is to assist the Information Technology Operations Team with the ongoing growth and enhancement of Chubb New Zealand's infrastructure related technologies also providing business efficiency solutions. The main function for this role is to provide Technology enablement which refers to the process of leveraging technology to enhance productivity and optimize business operations. It involves identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing relevant software or systems, and ensuring their effective use. The aim is to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive proactive productivity by harnessing the power of technology. Collaboration is a big part of our team culture.  Being able to work effectively with other members of the IT team is crucial, to ensure that seamless service and support are provided to our user community.
