Do you have a passion for IT and customer service?

We are looking for someone to join our busy Richmond based Information Service desk environment to provide up to level 2 support.

This is a great opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise of computer systems and helpdesk support. A large part of this role is following through with the delivery of day to day business systems operational support, including escalation, incident resolution, desktop support, system administration to ensure service levels are met and standards are maintained. You'll also be responsible for managing the client and desktop fleet across Council. Working with smart management and deployment tools with a focus on streamlining and standardisation.

You'll have a background in helpdesk support and be comfortable working with service management tools. With a reputation for delivering outstanding service to your internal customers as well as a natural ability to establish rapport with a wide range of people, you'll also be highly responsive, enjoy troubleshoot and identifying solutions to resolve technical issues.
