Your Role As a key member of the ZURU design team, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects within the Pet, Baby & Toy Verticals, with potential expansion into other verticals in the future. Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth flow of the design process and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. What you will be doing: Managing design team project workflow for Pet, Baby & Toy Verticals Managing team and project workflow through NZ and China office Facilitating team WIP meetings where required Checking incoming briefs and outgoing proofs to/from the design team (QA) Updating stakeholders with project status and deadlines Reviewing and signing off projects Reviewing design proofs for accuracy against the brief Reviewing new dielines for correctness and retailer suitability as required Managing marketing team, operations team and legal sign-offs of artwork (where required) File management of final proofs and artwork Coordinating international translations required for packaging and for marketing/websites as required Managing relationships and communications around workflow and new projects with stakeholders and all international marketing and sales managers Proofing marketing comms (for legal and technical correctness) Shoot production and admin including casting and talent management Researching freelancers and overseeing jobs incl VO recordings Developing and managing special project timelines Reviewing overall processes and procedures and creating / or refining processes where required to improve overall workflow and productivity Ongoing management of task/proof management platform Reviewing and processing all incoming creative invoices What you will bring: Minimum 5 years industry (Design) experience in a similar role Excellent time management and prioritization skills A pragmatic approach to problem-solving A high attention to detail Expertise in communication and organizational skills Multi-tasking and collaboration skills Proficient with task/proof management systems such as Hive, Monday, Page Proof a bonus LIFE@ZURU At ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
