Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Design Manager or Senior Water Engineer with a solid background in 3 waters projects to join our dynamic business in Tauranga. You will act as the technical lead for developing and delivering 3 waters commissions, with a strong focus on strategic infrastructure planning and development. As the Design Manager, the main focus of your role is to ensure that all deliverables meet clients' requirements and that client relationships are successfully built and maintained. There will be a heavy emphasis on coordinating and managing design projects with successful outcomes, winning work, and identifying and converting market opportunities. About you Holds a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent. 10 + years of experience in three waters engineering. Chartered Engineer status is preferred. Current clean, full driver's licence. Creative, solutions-driven, collaborative, and relationship-oriented. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse client base while upholding WSP's guiding principles. Why us?
