As Design Coordinator, you will play in important role in supporting these outcomes by determining which Unit should respond, the nature of the support required, as well as assisting in the process of design review and compliance.This role will be based in our Viaduct Harbour Office.About youYour understanding of active modes and shared mobility requirements for transport infrastructure including the role that urban design plays in creating a modern vibrant city will have you stand out over others.You will be an excellent communicator and be comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders and managers to support our projects. This position will suit a resilient, organised and proactive person that thrives under pressure and enjoys a dynamic and supportive team environment where they can use the full range of their skills to produce quality results.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in a design related co-ordination role.Experience in dealing with multi-agency stakeholder environments, within asset owner / operator capacity preferred.A strategic thinker with an operational focus.Highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills within a multi-agency environment.Inspiring and successful relationship builder, collaborator and communicator.Creative and innovative problem solver and change agent.Enthusiastic and dedicated customer service advocate.Personal resilience.
