Deputy Executive Director, Business Development

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Developing and implementing an integrated marketing and campaign plan that aligns with UNICEF's overall strategy
Ensuring a bicultural approach to marketing and communications
Spearheading the growth of corporate investor partnerships
Developing a major gifts strategy and approach
Putting in place an SME offering for the NZ business community to create a networks of response ready emergency funding partners.

This critical Executive team role would suit a strong people leader who has held senior roles in marketing, business development or account management in the corporate or philanthropic sectors. A reputation for highly effective relationship-building and influencing and negotiating skills in a commercial setting is advantageous, as would be having extensive relevant networks.
