Department Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the reseals department. This includes the provision of a number of management and administrative services such as contract, financial, fleet, safety and human resources management.

At least 5 years' experience within a contracting environment.
Chip seal operations experience.
Experience with administrative tasks such as planning, resource allocation and coordination.
Financial management experience including budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
Knowledge of human resources; recruitment, remuneration & benefits, employment relations and personnel information.
Project planning and management experience.
Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Suite proficient.
Proven success with customer and contractor management.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
