Dental Recpetionist Assistant 30 Hours

Looking for a new receptionist nurse for our dental practice in Albany Auckland located very close to Albany Westfield Mall only a short walk away Applicant should be caring willing to learn reliable and have good computer skills Must be a team player as we are a medium sized practice You will work as a receptionist mainly but also help with some clinical dental assisting Receptionist duties include Be the first point of contact at our practiceAnswering phone enquiriesGreeting and assisting our clientsManaging client appointments and recallsChecking processing managing customer accountsEntering maintaining an accurate client databaseLiaising with clinical staff re client careGeneral chairside assistancePrepare patients and facilities for dental treatmentProvide sterilisation and infection control processesAssist with building patient relations Position is for 30 hours or more depending on the right applicant Good communication skills is essential both Mandarin and English speaking Experience is preferable but not necessary as training can be provided
