A Dental Assistant works alongside a Dental Therapist/Oral Health Therapist in a team environment to deliver high quality dental care to our patients.
Our patients are aged between 6 months and 18 years of age.
We are seeking Dental Assistant staff who require secure hours and days of work to join our Eastern Bay of Plenty team on a fixed term contract.
The successful applicant may be required to stay away from home Monday to Thursday nights for up to 3 weeks when we deliver service to our three most remote communities during the year. Accommodation and allowances are paid additional during these times.
Our ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be a team player, be well organised, demonstrates attention to detail, and committed to the Bay of Plenty DHB CARE values.
