About the Role:We are currently looking for a dedicated Demolition Supervisor to oversee and supervise our growing portfolio of demolition projects, ranging from small-scale demolitions to multi-million dollar contracts. This is an exceptional opportunity to bring your expertise in the demolition field to a supportive and dynamic team known for their commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise demolition projects from inception to completion. Ensure all projects are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members. Oversee the preparation of demolitionsitesand conduct risk assessments. Manage projects in accordance withbudgets and timelines. Monitor and enforce safety guidelines on site. Conduct regular site inspections and team meetings. About You: Demonstrate experience in a supervisory role within the demolition sector. Thorough understanding of demolition processes and health and safety regulations. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Commitment to upholding Taggart's core values and standards of excellence. Relevant qualifications in construction, civil engineering, or a related field are preferred. Full NZDL and any relevant industry certifications (e.g., Site Safe Passport).
